These Terms describe the rules for using TribuFX Academy, related content, and the Crato by TribuFX companion app.

Nothing in TribuFX or Crato by TribuFX is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Access to courses, live sessions, resources, and Crato by TribuFX depends on the package assigned to the student's account.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
Crato by TribuFX is a companion app for students who already have access through TribuFX Academy. The iOS app does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, checkout, or payment links.
Users may not misuse the platform, share account access, attempt to bypass access controls, copy restricted content, reverse engineer tools, or use the service for unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or creates security, abuse, or compliance risk.
We may update, replace, or remove courses, tools, schedules, resources, and platform features as the academy evolves.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
